Our MiOK mobile application was developed with clinical guidance in the wake of devastating bushfires, when we knew mental health resources would be in demand. It supports worker wellbeing whenever and wherever needed.

The Wellness+ portal was designed to put people first – allowing employers to connect with their staff and provide them with tools to manage their mental health properly.

Delivering hope through HELP

Delivering change isn’t something we do once work is completed – it is the real work. That’s why we developed our HELP program – designed to identify where the most immediate change is needed, and make that change happen.

Health

Through sponsorships, donations and innovative products, we’ve made a genuine impact on the healthcare system – and people’s lives. Whether it’s for physical health or mental wellbeing, we help people to feel supported, connected and healthy.

One of the key health charities we support is R U OK? – which aims to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and to support anyone struggling with life.
Environment

We never stop searching for new ways to create a more sustainable community. From designing more eco-friendly processes around our offices to participating in community and nationwide environmental movements, we think and act sustainably at every opportunity.

In action

We’re especially proud of our work with Bush Heritage Australia – an independent not-for-profit that buys and manages land to conserve our magnificent landscapes and native species.
Lifestyle

We create real change in the community by supporting and sponsoring a range of lifestyle charities, teams, organisations and causes. In doing so, we’ve helped tackle some of the biggest challenges in areas such as education, Indigenous support, youth protection and more.

In action

Our initiatives with the Cathy Freeman Foundation broaden horizons and support Indigenous students to realise their full potential in school, helping to close education gaps.
Poverty

We don’t take our good fortune for granted. While we mostly operate in countries with easy access to shelter, clean water and quality healthcare, we know this is not the case everywhere. We believe that everyone deserves dignity, safety and happiness – so it’s part of our mission to help reduce the devastating effects of poverty around the world.

In action

Working with Thread Together has helped to restore dignity and hope for people experiencing difficult times by providing much needed clothing – diverted from potential waste.
